I sprained my right ankle again on Thursday evening. Not bothered about the swollen and sprain but there's an internal competition in college next Monday..! I want to play. I don't want to sit and watch my friends play..
So, please pray for fast healing... Appreciate it lots!!

avoid seafood.. haha some1 cannot eat lala ady... i think better avoid eggs also.

and then hor, try get tit da jau from chinese medicine halls. tit da jau is in canto. in mandarin it's tie da jiu. quite effective 1, juzt apply a bit of that liquid onto ur swollen part, then massage gently lor.

nar... who say chinese medicine cannot heal? haha

will pray for u also. enjoy the game.
