Psalm 3 (30/10/08)

This psalm reminds me of the financial problem in my house. Of course it is not as tragic as... year 97? no la.. My family can still afford in some basic needs, but just that certain things like mine have to be sacrificed.

Next, the psalm sounds like facing exams to me. If i were to do this psalm, it would sound like this...

O LORD, how much are my problems!
How much rise up against me and make me dizzy!
Many are saying of me,
"andrew is a holy 'holy holy' guy. Kee siao!"
......
......

I lie down and sleep;
I wake again, because the LORD sustains me. Thank God. If not i would be dead now.
I will not fear the tens of thousands of workload and money matters
drawn up against me inside out upside down.

Arise O LORD!
Deliver me, O my God!
Strike all my enemies on the jaw;
break the teeth of the wicked... forgive them anyway. they do not know you.

From the LORD comes deliverance from my problems.
May your blessings be on your people.

If u read 1 Samuel 21:11 it says " Saul has slain his thousands,and David his tens of thousands." Having dat many enemies i don't tink even i can tahan.they say.."a 1000 friends is not enough but 1 enemy is too many."
With so many enemies you would wonder how on earth can he sleep in peace at nite and like ta-dah BECAUSE THE LORD SUSTAINS ME!!!
